At the Fundación Comillas we have always felt that it was our vocation to be involved in the use of the Spanish language in the world of business and companies. It is precisely in this specific area where the language has evolved at a greater pace.

Adapting the Spanish language to this world of business, where the evolution has been even faster than elsewhere due to technological advances, has created a challenge which the Foundation has found hard to resist.

Such is the case that there is a specific department within the Foundation whose only mission is to develop and research courses that could be more beneficial to companies. These companies, as well as wanting to make the Spanish language more widespread, also want to train their staff in using Spanish in specific topics related to their work activities whether it is banking, commerce or technology, among others.

The personalised design of these courses refers to the course contents as well as to the course length and dates. To ensure efficiency, we have created a specific address where all enquiries can be sent to, comillasalacarte@fundacioncomillas.es. All requests will be studied and a specific tailor-made solution will be given to each individual request, always respecting the parameters of quality, effectiveness and flexibility set by the Foundation.

The Foundation will arrange for each course to have its own personal teachers. All teachers will have ample experience and they will be the most suitable teachers for the chosen topic according to the Foundation. Furthermore, certain people may be invited to take part in a course if their participation is considered to be personally or professionally relevant by companies.

It is possible, when requested and in certain cases, for these courses to be held on the premises of the company or institution that has requested them.

The Foundation is aware of the great importance of offering additional activities that complement these tailor-made courses. For this reason, we have designed an extensive range of complementary activities that are now available. You can choose from all kinds of sports (golf, surfing, sailing, tennis, trekking, etc.), cultural activities (theatre, visits to natural beauty spots, concerts and gastronomical tours etc.) and even relaxing activities like visiting a spa or playing paint-ball.

It is even possible, if previously requested and with enough time in advance, to arrange visits to specific companies.
